How should I care for my Hario heatproof glassware?
Our high-grade borosilicate glass is dishwasher safe. However, to extend the life of your products, we recommend avoiding abrasive cleaners and ensuring the glass does not come into contact with metal spoons or hard surfaces while hot.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping on all orders, typically arriving within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. All glassware is double-boxed with reinforced padding to ensure safe arrival.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used filters or grinders cannot be returned.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Hario hardware, including electric kettles and grinders, comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Glassware is covered against thermal shock failure under normal use conditions.
